Can a Collection Include Booths from Other Teams?

Yes, you can include booths from other teams to your collection.

On your Boothy Dashboard, click on Collections at the top right of the page, next to Booths. Once you see your collections, follow these steps:

Click on the Manage button on the collection you want to invite other booths.
Next, click on the Edit button or Edit Collection button.
Inside the Edit settings, click on the Edit button next to the Booths section.
Inside the settings for booths, click on Manage Booths in Collection.
Click on External Booths. On the search bar, enter the name or link of the booth you would like to add to your collection.

After selecting the Booth you would like to add, click on Add Selected Booths

After you have selected the booth, you would need to send them an invitation to join your Collection. Click on the Send Invite button. A confirmation dialog will appear after an email invitation is sent.

The invited booth will now show as Pending inside your Booth collection.

NOTE: In order for the booth to appear in the collection, they will need to accept the invitation. This article provides more detail about booth invites.

When the owner of the invited booth accepts the invitation, the booth will then show as Approved.
