# How Do I Hide the Video and Text Chat (also known as the View Only booth)?

By default, booths include a video and text chat for hosts and visitors to meet, engage, and interact with each other at any time. However, there might be circumstances or use cases where you want to disable them. To do so, you can set the booth to **View Only** mode:

To set the booth to **View Only** mode, please follow these steps: 

1. On your booth dashboard, click **Manage** on the booth you want to change.

2. Click on the **Edit Booth** or **Edit**.

3. Click on **Edit** next to the **Settings** section.

4. After clicking on **Edit**, under the **View Only** section, enable the option.

5. After making the changes to your settings, click on **Apply**.

6. If you are ready for these changes to take effect immediately, click on the down arrow located at the top right of the page, next to the **Preview/Enter** buttons. Select **Save & Publish**. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm your action by selecting **Publish Now**.
