# I Found a Bug! How Do I Let the Boothy Team Know?

Yikes! If you really did find a bug, we apologize in advance. To let us know (so we can fix it right away), you can do one of the following:

### Report the bug using **Share Your Feedback**

1. Click on your **Profile** icon on the upper right
2. Click on **Share Your Feedback*
3. If you are logged in, simply fill out your feedback and click **Send Message**

### Report the bug using the text chat support

1. Click on the **text chat support** icon on the lower right
2. The text chat support dialog will open up
3. Simply enter the bug you are experiencing in the text chat support
