I Found a Bug! How Do I Let the Boothy Team Know?

Yikes! If you really did find a bug, we apologize in advance. To let us know (so we can fix it right away), you can do one of the following:

Report the bug using Share Your Feedback

1. Click on your Profile icon on the upper right
2. Click on *Share Your Feedback
3. If you are logged in, simply fill out your feedback and click Send Message

Report the bug using the text chat support

1. Click on the text chat support icon on the lower right
2. The text chat support dialog will open up
3. Simply enter the bug you are experiencing in the text chat support
