What is the Difference Between Team Media vs. Personal Media?

Boothy allows you to save media files in the Media Manager. The Media Manager is a centralized file repository in Boothy where you store all media assets and files to use in your booths, collections, and events. The assets in the Media Manager is accessible by everyone in YOUR team. For that reason, you have the possibility to store files in your Team Media or Personal Media.

How Does this Works?

Team Media is a shared space where teams can easily store, search, and access their files anywhere, to add them for an Event, Booth, or Collections. These files are accessible to Team Members except the Event Host.

This is unlike to the files in Personal Media. The files in Personal Media belong to the individual instead of the team. Even if the Team Admin removes you from the Team, the files stay with your account and you can continue using them.

You are the ONLY one that have access to files in your Personal Media.

If you would like to upload files to your Personal Media, follow these steps:

Select the profile icon at the top right of the page. Then, click on Media.

Media

After clicking on Media, select Personal Media next to Team Media.
