Do Other Team Members Have Access to the Media Manager?
The Team Media section in the Media Manager is a central place for team members to upload, use, and share files. It encourages assets consistency and minimize having different versions of the same file or media. For example, instead of having different members upload the same or different versions of the company logo, the same logo can be reused by everyone.
Note that there is also a Personal Media section in the Media Manager. Unlike Team Media, this is a private repository only accessible to you. Learn about the difference here.
Since files are stored in the same repository, everyone on your team (except for users with the Event Host role) can access, use, and update any files in the media manager on the same team.
Only Team Admins and Team Members can edit, add and remove items in the Media Manager. Event Host role can not edit the Media Manager.
Follow these steps to search the Media Manager:
Select the profile icon at the top right of the page. Then, click on Media.
After clicking on Media, you will see the files available for your team.
