Can I Set Up a Private or Unlisted Booth?

You booth is public and listed (searchable) by default. However, you can change your booth to either public and unlisted or private requiring the attendees to enter a passcode your provide them.

On your booth dashboard, click Manage on the booth you want to change.

Click on the Edit Booth or Edit.

Click on Edit next to the Settings section.

Scroll down to Booth Privacy. You will see three possible options:



Public - Listed
Anyone can view/enter the booth using the Booth URL. Your booth MAY show up on searches on the Boothy platform.

Public - Unlisted
Anyone can view/enter the booth using the Booth URL. However, this booth will NOT show up on searches on the Boothy platform.

Private
This booth will NOT show up on searches on the Boothy platform. A passcode is required to enter the booth.

NOTE: Changes in this section takes effect immediately when applied!
