Can I Setup My Booth in Webinar Mode?



Yes, you can! Webinar mode is designed for only the booth owner and designated booth hosts to share their video, audio and screen. Unlike Video Chat mode, attendees or visitors can only participate by watching and cannot talk or share their video or screen.

Webinar mode is ideal for large group presentation or training where only the presenters can speak to minimize background noises and distraction. It also can accommodate a much larger audience than Video Chat mode.

Follow these steps to setup your booth in Webinar Mode:

In your Booth Dashboard, click the Manage button.
Inside the booth settings, select Edit Booth or Edit.
Next, click on the Edit button next to Video & Text Chat.
Enable the Webinar Mode. The Webinar Mode allows a maximum of 50 video text chat participants. If you would like to increase this number, click on the text chat support icon on the lower right to request a larger number.



When you are finished, click on Apply
If you are ready for these changes to take immediate effect, click on the down arrow located at the top right of the page, next to the Preview/Enter buttons. Select Save & Publish. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm your action by selecting Publish Now.
