Is It Possible to Automatically Send My Registrant Data to Another Platform such as HubSpot or Mailchimp?

Yes, it is possible. Boothy allows you to add your registrants' information to other popular platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp through a third party service called Zapier.

Zapier is an automation platform that connects your work apps and does repetitive tasks for you, such as connecting Boothy with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Google Sheets.

If you want to know more information about how Zapier works, you can find additional information here.

Remember that the idea behind connecting Zapier with Boothy is that, once set up, when someone registers for the event, that user’s info is connected automatically to the app of your preference. It does not sync old records.

Follow these steps to connect your Boothy account to Zapier:

After setting up your event in Boothy, log in to your Zapier account.

Create a Zapp. Once you are on the New Zap page, select your Trigger, a trigger is an event that starts your Zap.

Search Boothy on the search bar for apps.

Next, select the Event Registration on the event section. Click Continue.

You will be required to connect your Boothy account to Zapier. Click the Sign In button. You will be directed to a login page.

Enter your log-in credentials to allow Zapier to connect Boothy. Next, click Yes, Continue.

On the Zapier page, choose your Boothy account. Click Continue.

In the Set Up Trigger Section, select your Team and Event. Click Continue.

Test your Trigger by clicking on Test Trigger.

Select one of the registered subscriptions on your Booth. Then click Continue.

After setting up your Boothy account with your event on Zapier, it will follow Action 2. From this step and on, you would need to connect the app of your preference.
