Can I Clone an Event?

Absolutely. If you are running an event that is similar to a previous event, "cloning" will save you time from having to re-enter all the details again.

Follow these steps to clone an event:

On your Boothy Dashboard, click on Events at the top right of the page, next to Collections.

From your Event dashboard, click on the three-dot symbol next to the event you want to clone from.

Click Clone from the drop-down menu.


A confirmation dialog will appear. Click on Clone Event to continue.


Another dialog will appear confirming that the event was successfully cloned. Click on OK


Once your event has been cloned, it will be saved as a draft with the name of the event plus the word, "copy", in parenthesis. Since this is a cloned version of your event, remember to change the event dates and other necessary details.


Booths in the original event will also be added to the cloned event, but you will need to re-invite any External Booths in order for them to appear and participate in your cloned event.
