Can I Setup an Unlisted Event?

Like a booth, your event is public and listed (searchable) by default. However, you can change your event to unlisted which is not searchable.

Follow these steps to set up your event as unlisted:

On your Boothy Dashboard, click on Events at the top right of the page, next to Collections.

Click on the Manage button on the event you want to change to unlisted.

Next, click on the Edit button or Edit Event button.

Select the Settings option.

On the Event Privacy settings, select Public - Unlisted: Anyone can view / enter this event using the Booth URL. This booth will NOT show up on searches on the Boothy platform. Then click on Apply.



If you are ready for these changes to take immediate effect in your event, click on the down arrowhead located at the top right of the page, next to the Preview/Enter buttons. Select Save & Publish. Then, a box will appear and select the option Publish Now.
