How Do I View and Interpret the Analytics for My Event?
Boothy automatically collects and aggregate the analytics for your events after they are finished.
Follow these steps to view the analytics for your event:
On your Boothy Dashboard, click on Events at the top right of the page, next to Collections.
Click the Manage button on the event you want to view the analytics for.
Select the Analytics section.
After clicking on the Analytics section, you will see three tabs: Visits, Booths, and Sales.
Before reviewing your analytics, remember to select the date range that corresponds with your event.
Visits
Visits to Event: The total number of visits to the Info Page or the Live Event. If a unique visitor visits the event multiple times during the event, it is counted multiple times (including booth hosts and team members).
Number of Unique Visitors: The total number of unique visitors that visited the Info Page or the Live Event (including booth hosts and team members).
Registrants: The total number of registrations and the number of the registrants that attended the event (excluding booth hosts and team members).
Booths
Analytics for each booth in your event. This includes the number of visits, the number of unique visitors, the number of times the video chat was started, and the number of unique visitors that started a video chat.
Sales
The total amount of sales that was generated during your event for each booth (with a Shopify store).
